CAST HOUSE
Our Cast House has an annual capacity of 240.000 tons, and is capable of casting 11 different diameters of billets, the smallest of which is 90 mm and the largest is 305 mm.

As Arslan Aluminium, we have over 500 employees in a total area of 300.000 m², 140.000 m² of which is indoor area.
We have reached the annual aluminium billet casting capacity of 240 thousand tons at our 4 factories located in Bilecik 1st Organized and 2nd Organized Industrial Zones.
RECYCLING PLANT
Also we can proudly say that we are one of the pioneers of the environmentally friendly production with our RECYCLING PLANT and our SOLAR PANELS. As Arslan Alüminyum, we support the principle of recycling for the future.
DIE WORKSHOP
In our facility 300 dies are processed at our Arslan Alüminyum Die Workshop on a monthly basis.
SURFACE TREATMENT
In the surface treatment department, we conduct polishing, brushing, sand blasting and grinding applications.
ANODIZING UNIT
The monthly capacity of Arslan Alüminyum anodizing unit is 590.000 m².
POWDER COATING
We have 2 vertical and 1 horizontal lines at our Powder Coating Department. The total capacity of all 3 lines is 1.550.000 sqm per month.
DECORATIVE FILM COATING
We conduct wood, marble, granite effects applications for profiles and sheets with the capacity of 150.000 sqm per month at our decorative film coating department.
EXTRUSION LINE
We conduct process-controlled production operations by using 9 extrusion presses that have total capacity of 5200 tons, with the smallest press 1100 tons and the largest press 4000 tons.
MECHANICAL TREATMENT
At our mechanical treatment department, we conduct angle, short cutting and deburring operations. We have the capability of processing all types of aluminium profiles at our aluminium processing centers according to the demands of customers
QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
At our state-of-the-art laboratories located within our 4 factories, all necessary tests are conducted by the quality control department and R&D department during and after the production.
SHIPMENT
We export our products to 30 countries including Canada, Nigeria, Brazil, Germany, Spain, the United States of America and Qatar.
SUSTAINABILITY
As Arslan Aluminum, we believe in being a company that works with 100% sustainable energy, so we, as Arslan Aluminum, invested in a Roof Solar Power Plant with 25,000 solar panels, covering more than 110,000 square meters of space, which we placed on our roofs. Thanks to this investment, we plan to be one of the companies that use sustainable energy both in Turkey and Europe.
We have received all existing certificates in the sector, and we conduct all our operations in accordance with these requirements.
